Hello everyone this is Dhruv and its my first post on my first blog. This blog contains many of the information. Some about cooking, quotes, and many other things so todaya I'm going to start with cooking. So here is a recipe..... For making sandwiches withot bread.
Material required:
1. Idli batter(2cup)
2.Curd(3cup)
3.Boilled Potatoes(3-4)
4.Green Chilli (2-3)
5.Onion(2)
6.Corriander leaves
7.Salt
8.Red Chilli
9.Dry Mango Powder
How To Make:
1. First of all take batter in a bowl and add one cup of curd in it now mix it well.
2. Now add two cup of curd in the batter and mix it well. Keep In mind that our ba bater should not be so thick and should not be so diluted mens it should be normal.
3. Now we will make a stuffing for it. So now take some boiled potatoes in a bowl and add finely chopped onion,finely chopped green chilli, finely chopped coriander leaves,salt to taste,1 teaspoon red chilli powder, and half teaspoon dry mango powder.
4. Now make all the stuffing.
5. Now friends we will take a toaster and grease it well with some oil on both the sides of the toaster and preheat it for 2 minutes.
6. Now take the idli batter and put it in the the toaster but keep in mind not fill it completely.
7. Now now add some stuffing in the middle.
8.Again at the batter on the stuffing covering it completely.
9. Noticed 8 for 5 to 8 minutes checking in in between after five minutes whether it's cooked or not cook it till it get golden brown.
10.And our sandwiches without bread and serve it with ketchup and are ready and its very healthy and tasty to eat so try it once.
