Hello everone. How are u all? So, how was the cake yummy pls tell me how it was when you made it at your home. So without wasting time today I am going to tell you the secret recipe of 'SHAHI PANEER'. Sonds tasty so lets start......
Material Required:
1.Cashewnuts(20-25)
2.Onions(5-6)
3.Tomatoes(2-3)
4.Green Cardemon(1-2)
5.Cumin seeds(1teaspoon)
6.Salt
7.Red chilli powder
8.Degi mirch
9.Roasted cumin powder
10.Haldi
11.Corriander Powder
12.Garam masala
13.Black pepper
14.Kasuri methi
15.Fresh Cream
16.Curd
17.Milk(optional)
18.Paneer
How to make:
1.Heat oil in a pan and add cashewnuts in it.
2.Add roughly chopped onion (3-4)and cook for 3 minutes.
3.Add roughly chopped tomatoes and cook for 5-6 minutes.
4.Let it cool.
5.Heat oil in another pan and add cumin and green cardemom.
6.Take out cumin and cardamom ,they were added just for flavour.
7.Saute finely chopped onions(2-3) in the same oil on low flame till it get golden brown.
8.Grind saute cashews,onion and tomatoes ina smooth paste.
9.Now add this paste to already sauted finely chopped onions and cook till it leaves oil.
10.Add degi mirch, roasted cumin powder, haldi,kasuri methi,corriander powder,garam masal,salt,black pepper powder and cook for 5-10 minutes.
11.Now add curd and cook for 5 minutes .
12.Add fresh cream again cook for 5 minutes.
13.Now add half a cup of milk and half a cup of water and cook till nice tangy orange colour.
14.Add paneer slices of any shape u want and cook for 5 minutes .
15.Cover it and cook for 5 minutes on low flame.
16. Now srve it hot garnishing it with corriander leaves or whatever you want.
